Shi Xingguo said, “The technical\nimplementation of digital collections is inspired by NFT, a type of\nnon-fungible digital asset whose ownership is recorded on a blockchain.\nHowever, some attributes that contradict China’s financial policies have been\nremoved to enhance regulatory compliance and better comply with China’s legal\ndefinition of virtual items.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In terms of Sichuan’s advantages in\ndeveloping digital collections, Shi Xingguo explained that the rich historical\nand cultural resources in Sichuan provide great opportunities for the digital collections\nindustry. Additionally, Sichuan has a strong foundation in the creative\nindustry, abundant talent, and excellent infrastructure for data processing due\nto its rich power resources and the “eastern data, western computing”\nproject. Furthermore, many special products in Sichuan, such as liquor, tea,\nmedicine, and fruits, have unique geographical and cultural attributes that\nmake them excellent candidates for digital collections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
