The most visible change from previous years is <strong>who was in the room<\/strong>: the share of institutions and industry participants rose sharply, and much of the discussion happened not on the exhibition floor but in meeting rooms and on compliance teams&#8217; agendas.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>The centre of the agenda moved<\/h2>\n<p>What came up repeatedly was no longer a new asset narrative but three things: <strong>how compliance actually lands, whether infrastructure survives an audit, and where the governance boundary for data and AI sits.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Behind that is a practical question. An institution can accept slow; it cannot accept &#8220;we can&#8217;t say clearly&#8221;. Before putting business on a chain, an institution asks about process and responsibility first, and about performance and cost second \u2014 and being auditable, traceable and able to produce a valid record comes before every other metric.<\/p>\n<h2>The judgment<\/h2>\n<p>Institutional entry does not mean the industry turned conservative. It means the industry has started to screen infrastructure with a single test: <strong>can it be audited?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>That matches a judgment Paralism has held all along: the real value of a blockchain is not a new asset but making multi-party collaboration trustworthy. Trust does not come from a promise; it comes from structure \u2014 clear boundaries, a checkable process, a verifiable result.
