Welcome to join Paralism Ambassador Program

Paralism Ambassador Program aims to find community leaders who are passionate about Paralism’s parallel blockchain technology as well as its ecosystem. They will help us spread information locally, and provide support to new developers who want to build excellent applications and services on the Paralism chain. We hope that you are active and experienced in blockchain, and also a self-motivated action-taker.

Requirements

An Ambassadorship opens doors to the global Paralism community. Ambassadors are vital in increasing Paralism’s awareness and influence globally: to explain what the project is all about, provide insights into specific aspects and share Paralism’s news to a worldwide audience.
Ambassadors are key contributors to the project with direct access to the teams building Paralism. We hope you:

• Have a passion for Paralism and parallel blockchain technology
• Have good interpersonal communication skills and fluence in English and your local language
• Be the leader of your local community and the go-to person for Paralism-related questions
• Build connections with projects that may potentially join Paralism ecosystem
• Dedicated to increasing community education around Paralism and smart contract technology
• Organize and join online/offline events in your region consistently

Ambassador Roles

Paralism Ambassadors are able to contribute through four main areas, including event management, content creation, translation, and community moderation. You can participate in as many areas as you want, you’re not bound to any single one.

Content Creation

We hope you can create engaging, informative and insightful contents and support materials that will drive adoption by educating and inspiring the community and the wider public about Paralism and its Ecosystem. Paralism will support Content Creators by providing branding assets and expertise. We’ll also use Paralism’s marketing channels to increase awareness of your content as well as yourself.

• Content includes:
• Visual contents (articles, infographics, tutorials) of Paralism and its ecosystem
• Informative and engaging video and podcasts content that explains Paralism
• Memes, gifs, and stickers
• Other creative formats if any

Event Management

Building a local community will be a key part of growing the Paralism community. We hope you will build local communities by regularly hosting, organizing, and managing different online/offline events, then connect with local blockchain enthusiasts to educate them about Paralism, create think-tanks and have open debates on the use of smart contracts, decentralized finances, trade and communications, etc. Paralism will support you by providing funding for events, sending swag/merchandise to be given away, as well as attending Q&As or online events as speakers or in AMA sessions.

• For event management, you will:
• Organize and join Paralism online/offline events
• Planning and supporting in person meet-ups for Paralism fans
• Planning and running online events such as treasure hunts, quizzes, workshops, talking, and contests

Community Moderation

Moderators will help grow the Paralism community by ensuring that the official community groups and channels are active, engaging and a pleasant place for the community to come together in multiple languages across various platforms. Paralism will support Moderators by promoting the channels they monitor, as well as provide guidelines and some marketing contents.

• As a community moderator, you will:
• Moderate content, scheduling information, updates of Paralism, Paralism’s Ecosystem and the blockchain industry
• Facilitate conversations and discussions, answers questions from the members, promote positive interactions between members of the online community
• Hosting and managing in-person, hybrid, or virtual events
• Enforce rules and provide feedbacks to Paralism team

Translation

Our members and partners will come from difference countries and areas, they speak more than English. We need our ambassadors help making Paralism more accessible for non-English speakers by translating and sharing content in different languages.

• As a translator, you will:
• Localize content about Paralism and its ecosystem
• Share the translating content
• Translate valuable contents in your language to English if any

Rewards for Your Contribution

All the rewards for our ambassador are from our reserved pool for marketing and will be sent by para tokens. The whole process will be fair, transparent and traceable.

• As a translator, you will:
• We will post our tasks and corresponding rewards on the community bulletin board and distribute rewards to the ambassadors who have completed the tasks based on the actual achievements/community voting. For ambassadors who actively complete tasks not on the bulletin board, you can also claim rewards by sending an email to {{ email2_1 + email2_2 + email2_3 + email2_4 + email2_5 }}.
• We will periodically distribute event/conference tickets, souvenirs, swag, and also guest invitations for Paralism official events to our actively engaged ambassadors. Please stay tuned to our official announcement.
